Collard Roll Up's
Ingredients:
Collard green
Nori sheet or dulse sprinkles (optional)
Grated jicama, carrots, & lettuce
Sprouts
Sliced Avocado or chicken salad, egg salad or turkey
Kai's dressing-1 cup cold pressed olive oil, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, crushed garli clove, 1/2 squeezed, 1 tsp. local honey, fresh dill, salt and pepper. Keep in refrigerator.
To Assemble:
Big Collard leaf shiny side face down
Place 1/2 nori sheet or dulse on top of collard ( great for bone health)
Scoop vegetables, avocado & dressing toward center.
Roll contents tightly in collard wrap, cut on an angle.
Enjoy like a wrap without the bread.
